Is Wichita a Good Place to be a Real Estate Agent?

WalletHub recently put out a study (or index) listing the top cities in the US to be a real estate agent. They determined this by “comparing more than 170 U.S. cities across 18 key indicators of a healthy real-estate environment. Our data set ranges from sales per agent to annual median wage for real-estate agents to housing-market health index.”

They ranked Wichita 169th out of 179 cities in between Columbia, SC and Detroit, MI. Ouch.
